Accumulation of worldly passions and objects of Senses are hindarances.
Storage, Recollection and Retrieval of Memories,
too much of thinking are obsatructions to self-realization.
Your Body is not an Obstruction.
Your Pride and Ego are Obstructions.
Your sense of self identification with body is obstruction.
Even Death Cant destroy our sense of Self.
If Your sense of self is destroyed,
Death Wont Creat it Again.
The Perception of self-realization as a non-achievable thing is a Major Obstruction.
That is just a thought of Mind.
That is Your ignorance of Knowledge.
If You Stop this thought everything will be in Order.
Your Ignorance of Knowledge and
Your Pride and Ego will act with Equal force.
Ceaseless Practice is required for Knowing Your True Self .
