A Practicer should  control and release his ever arising anger with his Rationality

He has to liberate that irritating temperament 

with his practice of self inquiry of “Who Am I. ”

 It is possible only when he remains with patience, 

 with the extremes of patience together with endurance, 

with the extremes of endurance, to withstand that unnatural behavior.

You will get the ultimate bliss only when you remain in a tranquil state.

  For attaining that effortless unintentional stable state of Mind, 

you have to put in great intentional efforts with your total awareness.

For this proper attempts are necessary.

 Your Proper attempts are your Morality.

Firmly remaining in that stable state of true self

 is the prescribed moral code of conduct for you.

Who ever prevents  that mind from going towards

 external things with its unrestrained behavior and by

 driving it towards internal introspection of knowing his true self,
