Our Mind wanders all over this world.
It is its Natural quality.
It will take it Birth and roam aimlessly and disappear.
It will be changing every moment.
It is temporary.
But you are the Permanent “ONE”.
There is nothing except Atma.
Firmly remaining in Atma is your primary work.
Don’t care about that Mind.
If we found the base of that Mind,
Which is your True Self,
and then your Mind will be eliminated automatically.

When You Discover Your True self,
Then there will not be any Mind for restraining.
For a Saint, the mind may be working or
It May not be working at all.
In his Opinion there is only ONE ,
That is Atma.
The Mind, the World and the body
All are not different from Atma.
All are taking birth from it and dissolving in it.
They can not survive on their own by leaving Atma.
